Had another exceptional meal last night. The lasagna is awesome and can be split between 2 people. Also had their new key lime pie and OMG... best I've ever had.
Awesome neighborhood restaurant with great chef and staff. Can't say enough good things about this place.
Their Thursday night pasta specials are usually top notch, too.
Best pizza AND pie in Memphis. What more could you ask for? The BBQ pizza is incredible, and the key lime pie is to die for. A must visit for tourists and locals alike.
Is High Point Pizza the best kept secret in Memphis? I think it may well be! The pizza specials are always on the spot! In fact i have never been anything less than amazed by the pizza specials...indeed...there have been many specials who's 2 week passing have been mourned like a dear friend! If you have not already, trust me, you will forget things like Pizza Hut, Domino's, or Papa John's ever existed.
High Point Pizza is located in the charming High Point shopping centre in the wonderful High Point Terrance neighborhood, right off the greenline. If you enjoy a meal in a nice colourful and vibrant atmosphere, either indoors or at sidewalk tables...this is your spot! Service is always friendly and courteous. Often times it gets busy rather quickly, you can just sit back and watch them go go go! It recalls the days of Shakey's Pizza when you could watch the workers make pizzas. You can watch the goings on at High Point Pizza and marvel how they get it all done!
